Renormalization group and unresolved multi-scale computaton for differential equations

Numerical renormalization group methods have been developed in lattice field theory to an extent at which they can be utilized to construct improved multi-scale operators for solving partial differential equations.

Algebraic multigrid for disordered systems, in particular fermions in lattice gauge theory

This is an attempt to adapt the algebraic multigrid method to disordered systems, with a special interest on inverting the fermion matrix in lattice gauge theories. It is an example of how multigrid methods can be used in disordered problems.
